These beautiful warm spring days have brought us the sweetest of bouquets — Daisy and Rosebud! These two beautiful young girls were out for a joyful spring romp in the countryside together recently, got lost and found themselves homeless. These girls are extremely quite fond of each — they appear to be mother and daughter — and would like to stay together, adding their happy little family to yours.
Our volunteer who met Rosebud and Daisy fell in love with them: “The girls are very lively and just darling. They seem so sweet and fun-loving!” Since they’ve just arrived at Safe Harbor, we’re still getting to know them, but we can tell you Rosebud, the mom, is about 3 years old and weigh 85 pounds. She could trim up a tad. Daisy, her daughter, is about a year old and weighs a slender 65 pounds. A few more pounds would make her weight perfect.
They are typical energetic young Labs who have a marvelous disposition, but don’t appear to have had the benefit of much training. We’ll keep you updated as we get to know these young ladies better. What a delightful companion each will be with your kind, consistent leadership, loads of exercise and commitment to their training.
