VOLUNTEERS and SILENT AUCTION HELP NEEDED!
Safe Harbor is hoping that our supporters/volunteers can assist with Labfest event preparations and provide volunteer support the day of the event.
Specifically we need help with silent auction preparations, food items/ beverages preparations, event prep, event support the day of event (setup, during, and breakdown).
We also are asking our supporters to help ascertain desirable silent auction items. We are hoping that our generous supporters can tap into their own networks to bring in silent auction donations that help to raise funds for Safe Harbor labs. We have had massive medical costs this year and need to do everything we can to raise funds to pay those vet bills. Especially covetable auction items include hotel/ resort stays, wine baskets, Denver sporting event tickets, and really anything you personally would be inclined to bid on!
