Three-year-old Hudson went to Haley and her mom Tracy’s home as a foster dog, just planning to bunk there for a short time while he interviewed forever families.  His plans quickly changed after meeting his foster family and realizing that they were exactly what he had been looking for all along. He immediately put his best paw forward and turned on the charm, doing his very best to wiggle and wag his way into their hearts forever.  With his soulful brown eyes and tidy blond locks, Hudson is both stunningly handsome and endlessly good-natured, and soon everyone agreed that he was already home.  Now known as Cooper, this loyal Lab promises that if he ever has to move again, he will take his family with him.Hudson 2
Haley writes:  Cooper has been doing great. I fell in love with him in the first hour he was here and he continues to have me wrapped around his paw. He has put on quite a bit of weight since we have adopted him, and could probably still stand to gain a few pounds! He is FULL of energy and loves going on walks and hikes, but being in the water is his very favorite. It doesn’t matter if it’s his water bowl, a puddle, or a lake..he will do his absolute best to submerge himself in it. Cooper is essentially just the biggest goofball ever, constantly making me laugh with his playful spirit and energy.  He’s a big “cudler” too and he is always underfoot, either by my side or someone else’s at all times. I am in the process of applying to medical school, and I cannot even begin to describe what a source of stress relief he is for me. It makes me so happy to come home to his sweet soul everyday, and I cannot imagine my life without him now!
Thank you to Haley and Tracy for fostering Hudson/Cooper and deciding to make him a part of your family!
