We adopted Moose (Mooser, Moose Dog) in 2008 at the age of 4 from SHLR and he was our constant companion for almost 8 1/2 years. He went everywhere, including vacation, with us. In his final trip with us, we accompanied him to the foot of Rainbow Bridge on March 1, 2017. He was the sweetest, most loving, most obedient dog with the most easy-going temper and true to his Lab heritage, water was his absolute favorite. He even once jumped over a fisherman who dared to sit and fish in his favorite jump-in spot at the Pinery pond.
Our home is emptier with your passing, but our hearts are full of the love you gave us and the many treasured memories that we have of our years with you, but even those 8 1/2 years were not long enough. Go find your brother Shane and your “Uncle” Cody, who are waiting for you at the Bridge. Romp and swim to your heart’s content and be pain free and healthy again.
