Mr. Bojangles has been dancing with joy ever since he became the latest lucky pup chosen to join Kim and Michael’s family. Although just a youngster at about 1.5 years old, he’s a very good boy and is winning the approval of all his new four-legged siblings, including Dyson, an eight-year-old Golden/Lab mix, and the two resident kitties. In his spare time between making friends, walking his family, and conducting daily toy inventories, this hard-working, handsome black Lab pup can be found boning up on his dog paddle in anticipation of summer trips to the family’s lake house.
Kim and Michael tell us: Zeke is now Mr. Bojangles. We call him Bo. He has settled in very well at our home and we couldn’t be more delighted with him. He must have been around cats before because he was completely indifferent towards the two we have. He is so well behaved for his age and is really gentle with everyone including our 17-month-old granddaughter. He is doing his best to become friends with his new fur sister and, as you will see in the picture, I think she is coming around. He walks very well on leash and really looks forward to his daily walks. He especially likes the fact that there are dog toy boxes in almost every room in the house and makes it his daily mission to empty every one of them. We are looking forward to taking him to our lake house this summer to see how he likes to swim. He will make several new friends there on the beach. Bo is our third dog from Safe Harbor and we couldn’t be happier. We have struck gold each time.
