Are you on the lookout for a sweet, snuggly couch buddy? Meet Miss Bonnie! At nine years old, this lovely Lab lady is quite a plump little dumpling at 82 pounds. “The vet mentioned I should lose about 25 pounds. ‘Less kibble in the bowl and more exercise!’ he said.

Bonnie is basking in love, comfort, and attention since joining us. She was a stray, alone and scared, who was trapped in a field. Then she spent the next two years forgotten and overlooked in a small shelter. Fortunately, our rescue partner noticed her and got her safely to us.

Through it all Bonnie retained her very sweet people-loving personality. Pets, attention and being with her peeps all top her list of faves. Bonnie especially enjoys being a couch potato, lounging in her crate and sleeping peacefully all night in it. On leash she is a very pleasant walking companion. This well-mannered lady knows how to sit and has a fondness for treats. Bonnie prefers a home where she is the only furry princess.

With her “silver” coat, charming grey muzzle, and soft brown eyes, Miss Bonnie is a lovely pup. Her coat is a bit thin and dry; a high-quality diet and omega-3 fatty acid supplements will do wonders for it.

Miss Bonnie would love to meet you, take a leisurely walk around the block, and get comfy on the couch to chat about your new life together!

Note:  We treated Bonnie to a dental to brighten up her smile, sweeten her breath and remove some broken infected teeth.
