Introducing Chocolate, aka Choco, a pleasantly active four-year-old Lab who’s ready to interview Chocolate Lab lovers looking for a best four-legged friend. “Bet you‘d like to know a little about me first!” he wags. “I’m about four years old, a perfect 55 pounds and have charming white toes on my front feet and a magnificent tail. I got lost and ended up in a shelter. No one came for me. I was there for over a month before Safe Harbor rescued me and promised me the best life ever in Colorado. I had some pretty painful broken teeth, and their vet fixed me up. Now I’m ready for my forever home!”
Chocolate is a welcome guest in his foster home. His foster parents tell us: “Choco has been really good and is not overly active. He is house trained but does not care much for his crate time.” Choco is pretty good on leash, friendly with other dogs, but happy to do his own thing too, and he loves to be petted. Definitely a people lover!
A delightful size, a delightful age, and a delightful personality . . . Chocolate is a gem!
Note: Chocolate needs a yard with a wooden fence; he can climb chain link fencing
