With a happy lovable little best friend named Flora, Lab love will bloom around you every day! This delightful young lady is about a year old and 50 pounds. Bought to a crowded Utah shelter as a stray, she kept her spirits up for over six weeks waiting, waiting, waiting  . . . and then we came along and scooped up this gem!

Miss Flora is getting settled in her foster home and after some good rounds of “zoomies” woofed “I love it here!” She is house trained and crate trained, loves treats and knows several commands. Flora walks well on leash. Young, very friendly and a bit excitable upon first meeting, it’s a challenge for her to keep four on the floor. She was friendly with other dogs at the shelter and the ones she has met with us. Cats? We don’t know her history with them.

Flora is still very much a puppy: energetic, happy and fun on four paws. She loves to play fetch, chew on sturdy toys and romp in the backyard. These young ones relish all the attention, love and exercise they can get.

Our foster volunteer who recently met Miss Flora and her foster dad summed things up perfectly: “She’s small and sweet. Wow, what a neat dog she is!”
