Greer and David and their 14-year-old Chihuahua kids, Butters and Bella, have a new pal!  The new guy is Russell, a 2-year-old bundle of energy with soulful brown eyes and Robert Redford hair, who lives by the motto, “Always find the fun or make your own.”  With his amiable manner and contagious zest for life, young Russell is a beloved addition to his new family and a welcome companion wherever he goes.  Greer and David sent us an update:Our new best friend, Russell, came to us in December 2023. Since then, any time we move, Russell is up and saying, “All right, let’s do this, where are we going?” He’s always part of whatever we’re up to — lounging, car rides, hikes, long walks. He’s also our new running buddy. He’s become best friends with our neighbor’s Samoyed – Cody. They have play dates every day and Russell is always ready for a nap afterward.His favorite things include eating, belly rubs, eating, staring out the window, making new friends (both human and animal), eating, cuddling, and did we mention eating?
