Miss Glenda is a happy good-natured Lab and a very pretty one too! She’s 6.5 years old and tips the scale at a perfect 60 pounds. It’s hard to believe this lovely lady was an unclaimed stray at a busy shelter. We were delighted to come her rescue!
A welcome guest in her foster home, Glenda is house trained, crate trained and has shown off her “sit” so far. Our friendly girl tries her best to be a a polite greeter, and other dogs find her playful and easy going. Not sure what cats think. She rides well in the car and enjoys walks with a front clip type harness. When we asked Glenda about her faves, she was quick to woof, “Walks, retrieving, toys, naps, being petted, and being with you!” If allowed, Glenda enjoys joining you on the sofa for a movie or a snuggle.
Her foster parents add:
“Glenda is a very sweet and nice looking Lab. She’s friendly, affectionate, playful, and comfortable in her own fur too. The best home for her will be with a family who can get her out for walks, hikes, car rides, and other stimulating adventures.”
A lovely lady with a lovely personality, Miss Glenda is eager to be settled in her forever home. Do you think she might choose yours?
NOTE: Glenda takes an inexpensive daily medication that effectively controls some minor urinary leakage when resting, a condition not uncommon for middle aged spayed female Labs.
