With his warm rich brown coat with gold undertones, Chestnut is the perfect name for our handsome one year old youngster with amber eyes! He’s a trim 63 pounds and comes to us as stray from a shelter partner who found him to be a very good guest under the circumstances!
We’re just getting to know Chestnut and he’ll soon be settled in his foster home. We can tell you he’s a keeper! In addition to being a gorgeous guy, he’s friendly with people and other dogs; we don’t know about cats. A typical energetic youngster, he’s already mastered Recess 101and is now ready to learn all you can teach him. Chestnut takes treats nicely , rides quietly in the car and walks pretty well on leash – he loves to sniff everything!
