Miss Harley young lady who like to live life large! This big beautiful girl is 1.5 years old and 100 pounds of tail wagging love. She needs to lose about 10 pounds (90 will be just right) in time for swim suit weather, but they will surely melt away with more activity and exercise, and less food in the bowl. Harley joins us from a family that was not able to keep her.
Our young lady is sweet, smart, treat motivated, loves love, and is active and goofy. She loves to swim and gallop tough the yard. In other words, a typical Lab! She’s house trained, crate trained and knows several commands. Harley is excited to meet new people. We don’t know her feelings about cats, but she has made it clear she needs to be the only dog in the home. She’s a big girl so a front clip type harness is best for leash walks. On a cross country trip she rode well in the car.
Harley reported her faves: “Fetch, walks, and couch snuggles!” When it comes to toys she’s a “stuffie terminator”.
She will thrive with an active family that will provide kind leadership, abundant exercise and continue her positive oriented training. Since she is a large active Lab, a family with older children will be best – – there’s a lot of her to love!
