Miss Cassie is a young lady with as happy and people pleasing personality as you can imagine! She’s a smaller 2.5 ish year old beauty with a shiny coat old who tips the scale at a perfect 54 pounds. Cassie joins us from a busy family who was not able to care for her.
Miss Cassie is an active people lover whose favorite place is by your side and with a paw in all you’re up to. She’s house trained, working on crate training and knows sit, shake, down and roll over. Cassie takes treats nicely and is one smart cookie who is eager to please. On leash walks she wonders why you’re so slow so a Gentle Leader is best. She’s a happy greeter and may need a reminder to keep-four-on the floor. Cassie gets along well with other dogs and loves playing with dog pals at daycare. We don’t know about cats, but she’s an avid squirrel chaser.
“My faves? Being with my peeps, learning new things, fetch, belly rubs, walks, playing in water and running in a creek, and chew toys!”
Like all youngsters sociable Cassie will thrive with an active family committed to continuing her positive-oriented training, provide lots of daily exercise (she needs more than a walk around the block!), and make this people-lover a big part of lives. Check her out in action! Being left for long lonely hours is not her cup of tea. “Oh, and I’d love dog pal of similar size and energy !”

NOTE: The nimble Miss Cassie requires at a six foot fence with the smooth side facing the yard. She’ll go over anything lower to get to those pesky squirrels! No chain link please.
