Looking for a best friend who’s playful, super smart, affectionate, and an eager to please people lover? Our Miss Shiloh would love to meet you! She’s about 1.5 years old and at 70 pounds needs to lose about 12 to look her svelte best. Shiloh loves being active so with less kibble in the bowl and more of the activity she relishes, the pounds will melt away. Shiloh’s ancestry includes some Border Collie, other herding breeds, and a smidge of Lab – a perfect a combo of smart, fun and a little goofy!
Our young lady is house trained, uses a dog door, is crate trained and knows a variety of commands: sit, down, wait and to come when called. Leash walking manners are quite nice. She’s playful and loves to wrestle, play chase and roughhouse with active dogs her size. Shiloh mentioned canine pals should keep their paws off her food and toys. No cats please! Bunnies better get their running shoes on.
“Shiloh’s my name and running and playing is my game!” she woofs. Other faves include belly rubs, “sniffy walks”, hikes, chewing on toys and carrying shoes around.
Miss Shiloh is smart, sensitive and loves to be active. She will thrive in a home with adults who are familiar with herding breeds and enjoy working with the young ones to bring out their best social behaviors . A well-balanced dog her own size to play with would be most welcome.
