Playful, smart, affectionate, a people lover and a tender hearted soul, that’s our Miss Shiloh! She’s about 2 years old and 60 pounds (could lose a few!) A super smart rascal with Border Collie, other herding breeds, and a smidge of Lab in her DNA, she sneaked on the bus with some Labs. She joins us from a family who can no longer care for her.
Our young lady is house trained, crate trained, uses a doggie door and this smart cookie knows a variety of commands – sit, down and place. She has been through a basic obedience class, and started in a therapy dog training program. Four-on-the-floor is a work in progress at times; leash walking manners are quite nice. Shiloh loves a “sniffy walk”, as well as running with you and going on hikes. She’s playful and gets along well with other active dogs her size as long as they keep their paws off her food and toys. No cats please for Miss Shiloh. Bunnies better get their running shoes on if Shiloh spies them!
Shiloh loves to sit outside in the sun and watch the world go by or have an exuberant play session with another active dog her size Other faves include belly rubs, chewing on toys and carrying shoes around.
Miss Shiloh is smart, sensitive and loves to be active. She will thrive in a home with adults who are familiar with herding breeds and appreciate their traits.
Ready to fall in love with very pretty, smart, and affectionate super playful young lady? Miss Shiloh would love to meet you, and we bet you won’t be going home alone!
