Moti went from the stray life to the home-to-stay life just in time to spend the holidays with his new parents, John and Frances, and was very excited to ring in the new year as a forever family member. Moti is settling in well and this clever fellow will be an expert ranch hand in no time.
Moti’s new parents tell us:
Moti, a two year old lab we adopted from SHLR in October, is doing great. He was estimated to be two years old and he has proven to be a “two year old puppy”. He seems to have had periods of food insecurity in the past and we can only guess what his first two years of life were like. We are working hard to put that concern well behind him and make him feel safe and secure in every way.
Moti is a very smart dog (we sometimes think he is smarter than we are). He learns things very quickly and has fit right into life on our small farm/ranch type property. He is a very happy dog and we could not be more pleased to have adopted him.
Many thanks to Stephanie C. for fostering Moti/Chip!
