Mindy and Andrew added delightful four-month-old Millie to their family and this lovely pup immediately made herself right at home. Millie has been busy growing, learning, playing, eating, napping, romping, and generally doing puppy things, but she always finds the time to make sure all of her family members get their fair share of Millie love every day.
Millie’s new parents write:
We are absolutely IN LOVE with our little girl — her name is Millie (and she is VERY silly, so the rhyming name fits perfectly!).
Millie has a 3-year-old chocolate Lab sister named Meg, and they are the best of friends. When they aren’t chasing each other around playing tug, they’re lying side-by-side chewing on bones or snuggling — either with each other or with any available human family member.
She also has two teenage human brothers who are completely enamored with their dogs. They are experts at playing, being silly, and keeping both girls happily entertained whenever needed.
Millie makes sure to spread her love evenly. She adores her mom and dad and checks in with each of us throughout the day, no matter where we are in the house. She loves to lie at her dad’s feet while he works on his computer and absolutely refuses to go up to bed at night until her mommy does. She somehow finds time every day to connect with each of her humans — and never misses a chance to snuggle with her sister or initiate a rousing game of chase and tug (their all-time favorite activity!).
We are forever grateful to Safe Harbor for completing our family and for choosing us to be Millie’s family. Our lives have been changed forever by the love and silliness she has brought into our home.
