We adopted Hayden as a 12 week old puppy. While he was adorable, he was also a handful! We loved every minute of his antics.
Hayden loved to hike, kayak and cross-country ski with us. Any activity where he could get some exercise and spend time with us was on the top of his list.
Hayden helped us foster over 30 dogs in 14.5 years. He was such a great big brother that we adopted (foster-failed) with Nelson our 11th foster. Hayden and Nelson were the best of friends until Nelson passed away.
For the last 1.5 years, Hayden enjoyed being our only dog. We spoiled him with short walks to the creek so he could soak and cool off. He enjoyed going to our mountain cabin to get some outside time. Our hearts are broken with his loss. He was the best boy! Thanks to Safe Harbor for bringing us our best friend.
