We had the best time with Ranger and are very grateful to Safe Harbor for this adoption. We got Ranger when he was five and he got to learn so many things; swimming, boating, hiking on big mountain trails, going on cross-country ski trails with us and barking at the local dog sled teams. He had a great time just hanging out with us at home and doing patrols of the front and back yards. Unfortunately, his hip dysplasia got the better of him and we had to say goodbye. We miss him terribly. He was a sweet, gentle boy who was never aggressive with anyone or any dog. We loved him so. The heartbreak is real.
